The farm called Tuinplaas is in fact composed out of three title deeds as can be seen on the 3rd photo in the right hand column. The long narrow piece at the south side is Blydschap 1 of 55 ha. The remainder can roughly be split in two equal parts; the top part is Tuinplaas1 of 116 ha and the bottom part Tuinplaas R of 140 ha. The farm is about 10 ha yard, 63 ha lands and the remainder is grazing. The altitude differs from about 1920 metres at the mountain rim to about 1620 metres at the Caledon River.
